This year we have utilized Adobe Acrobat to develop enrollment form that you can complete on your computer and then e-mail, fax, mail, or drop-off at the camp. After you download the form; complete it by typing into the fields and making selections from the drop-down menus; print a copy for you files and another to send with your check; and, then ‘click’ the “Submit by E-mail” button to send the form to the camp - follow the online instructions to send the form.
